What You'll Do:
- Lead integrated logistics support planning and ensure supportability requirements are incorporated throughout the system lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain key sustainment deliverables, including ILSPs, LCSPs, LCCAs, LORAs, PPLs, MTAs, SERDs, and related PSA/LSA documentation.
- Perform supportability, provisioning, sparing, repair-level, DMSMS, maintenance, and sustainment risk analyses and translate findings into actionable program recommendations.
- Define organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance concepts for electronic systems and equipment while evaluating lifecycle cost, readiness, maintainability, and affordability.
- Provide technical leadership during design and program reviews, customer engagements, and cross-functional activities while mentoring others within the ILS discipline.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of integrated logistics support, sustainment, or logistics systems engineering experience.
What Sets You Apart:

- Master's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in logistics engineering, sustainment engineering, or integrated logistics support for defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated technical programs.
- Experience performing Product Support Analysis (PSA) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388-2B, or equivalent industry standards.
- Proficiency using LSA, PSA, and logistics data management tools and databases such as Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, or similar applications.
- Experience using supportability and cost analysis tools such as Compass (LORA), CASA (LCCA), and comparable applications.
- Military experience in logistics, with handson involvement in ILS elements such as supply support, maintenance planning, and sustainment operations.
- Demonstrated experience developing lifecycle sustainment documentation and supportability artifacts for complex hardware systems.
- Experience defining and implementing support and maintenance concepts at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels.
- Experience collaborating across systems engineering, design engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, program management, and customer organizations to influence product support outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance quality, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency across core job functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex logistics and sustainment concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Travel up to 10% in support of customer meetings, technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and other off-site program activities.
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
