Team members bring diverse expertise from sales, analytics, finance, and marketing, with a shared focus on implementing data-driven and business-informed decisions. Role Overview This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the Hair Care & Color premiumization strategy within CPD, enabled by building strong relationships with Brand, Sales, and Finance teams.
