The Hospitality Programs and Partnerships unit is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team! The Opportunity: As our Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will lead us as we determine training needs and functional training modules for our Hospitality and Campus Dining units. You will also collaborate with Auxiliary Services Directors, Associate Directors and unit Managers/ Directors to design, develop and implement strategic learning and organizational development solutions. This position also leads a team of learning and organizational development specialists in addition to functioning as a valued consultant, master presenter and facilitator. Your ability to communicate and connect with employees at all levels will be crucial to your success.
