Position: Garage Porter / Cleaner

Schedule: Part-time, M-F, 10am-2pm

Compensation: $23.00/hour

Garages are busy ecosystems, and our porters keep the heartbeat steady. You are the frontline caretaker of the facility, ensuring that every square foot looks sharp, runs safely, and operates at a world-class level. A proactive mindset, sharp eye for detail, and a pride in your work define success here.

What Will I Do?

• Keep it pristine. Sweep, wipe down surfaces and equipment, empty trash, manage upkeep, and handle painting to keep the garage looking spotless daily.
• Be the eyes and ears. Monitor the parking facility continuously and notify management immediately of any maintenance or safety issues.
• Deliver exceptional service. Promote great customer relations by greeting drivers, handling basic inquiries, and assisting anyone who needs a hand with a can-do attitude.
• Keep it safe. Identify and neutralize potential safety hazards instantly, making sure the location is secure for everyone on foot and behind the wheel.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service experience.
• General facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Parking industry experience is a major plus- but not required
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English clearly.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
