The PharmD Pathways Program Coordinator is a half-time position responsible for the successful development and implementation of the PharmD Pathways Program, a strategic initiative designed to increase awareness, access, and preparedness for pharmacy careers among middle school, high school, and undergraduate students. The PharmD Pathways Program Coordinator reports to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, is a member of the Office of Admissions within the Division of Student Affairs in the College of Pharmacy, and also works closely with the Associate Dean for Community, Advocacy, Resilience, and Empowerment (C.A.R.E.) and other members of the grant oversight team. Additionally, this individual will collaborate closely with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure that Pathway Program activities are well aligned with overall recruiting efforts for the PharmD program. This is a three-year position funded by a grant from the McKesson Foundation. Please note, this position is not eligible for H-1B or Green Card sponsorship. This position does not offer a STEM OPT training program. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
