Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Bus Driver / Security Guard position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for residents to and from scheduled appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and recreational activities. In the capacity of a Security Guard, ensures the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property through proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, access control, and other life-safety systems. Responds promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of passenger or commercial driving experience
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment)
  • Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)
