Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Keeping a plant running is more than fixing what breaks; it's staying two steps ahead of it. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you're the one who keeps equipment humming, lines moving, and problems solved before they become downtime. From hands-on repairs to building out new production lines, you'll bring the skill and leadership that keeps the whole operation running strong.

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum five years of independent maintenance planning experience.
  • Welding and metal fabrication experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assemble parts lists.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and rulers.
  • Good math and measurement skills, along with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating repair timelines with production teams.
  • Knowledge of OSHA environmental, safety, and health rules and regulations.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, welders, and rigging equipment.
  • Ability to perform hands-on repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment addressing both planned and unplanned equipment needs.


Job Duties



  • Maintain plant equipment and conduct repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance across all systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems, assemble parts lists, and repair as needed.
  • Develop and perform a preventive maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Help construct new production lines and support plant improvements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to manage repair timelines and equipment needs efficiently.
  • Supervise a maintenance technician and oversee daily maintenance operations.
  • Conduct safety inspections, correct hazards, and address staff safety concerns related to production equipment.
