This role will support an infrastructure and transportation program under a collaborative partnership. Team members will be an important part of a multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering innovative, sustainable, and long-term mobility solutions to enhance connectivity and support regional growth. The program offers the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals on one of the most significant transportation infrastructure initiatives currently in development Job Summary:
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the project's day-to-day commercial/business service operations. Highly experienced in managing commercial and contracts functions for major programs from inception through completion. The position reports operationally to the Project Manager and functionally to the GBU Manager of Prime Contracts. Duties and responsibilities include implementation of the Project Commercial and Prime Contract Management Programs and ongoing related training, monitoring compliance with project/prime contract completion requirements and status. In consultation with GBU Management/Legal, facilitate strategies for effective management of project commercial matters, including creation and capture of contemporaneous records. #LI-JL1 Major Responsibilities:
