About the Role

In this impactful role, you will independently manage the full lifecycle of advanced programs, extending beyond your immediate team. You will lead, organize, and manage activities that drive significant business outcomes, while simultaneously developing systems to proactively identify improvements and implement future optimizations. This includes leading change management initiatives and defining performance metrics. You will leverage independent judgment to navigate changing circumstances and effectively adjust programs, addressing undefined cross-functional challenges using robust program management methodologies. Your ability to understand and manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders, coupled with your deep domain knowledge, will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities



  • Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously outlining scope, timelines, key results, resource allocation, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, breaking down complex initiatives into manageable phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility into program constraints.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage program escalations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve swift and effective resolutions.
  • Design and implement predictable program communication strategies, tailored to various stakeholder types, and effectively represent the program team across all touchpoints.
  • Execute essential change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing comprehensive rollout plans that include impact analysis and close collaboration.
  • Monitor the progress of change management rollouts, actively resolving any misalignments to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Independently identify and gather necessary data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.
  • Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, integrating values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
  • Define robust program governance structures, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and lead productive program team meetings.
  • Determine strategic program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparent rationale for any program pivots.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proficiency in Communications Management.
  • Proficiency in Planning.
  • Proficiency in Execution and Governance.
  • Developing proficiency in Continuous Improvement.
