As a Roving Relationship Banker, you'll support branches across an assigned market, stepping in where members and teams need you most while helping members manage their financial lives with confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building trusted relationships, and using financial knowledge to create a better member experience across multiple branch locations. What you'll do In this role, you'll provide flexible branch support while handling a mix of teller transactions, account opening and maintenance, lending support, member guidance, and service recovery. You'll help uncover member needs, connect them to the right Truliant solutions, and contribute to strong branch performance through responsive, accurate, and relationship-focused service. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, your work will include helping resolve account issues, supporting branch goals, educating members on convenient banking tools, and collaborating with branch leaders and partner lines of business to create a consistent, positive experience for Truliant's member-owners. What you bring We're looking for someone who is member-focused, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced branch environment where priorities can change. You'll be successful here if you can balance accuracy, relationship-building, sound judgment, and follow-through while supporting different branches and member needs.
