You Are:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for some of the world's most complex digital transformation initiatives.

The opportunity:

* Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.

* Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Clouds, integrations, data platforms, AI capabilities, and surrounding enterprise systems.

* Serve as the primary technical advisor to client executives, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.

* Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and current-state/future-state planning sessions.

* Provide technical leadership throughout the consulting delivery lifecycle from pre-sales through implementation and post-production support.

* Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Architects, Developers, Delivery Managers, and Product Owners to ensure successful execution.

* Maintain deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Platform, and integration capabilities.

* Stay current on Salesforce product releases and emerging technologies, evaluating how new capabilities can benefit clients.

* Partner with sales teams during pursuits by leading technical discovery, solutioning, and proposal development.

* Present solution architectures during client presentations and executive briefings.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 10+ years of enterprise technology consulting experience.

* 7+ years designing and implementing Salesforce enterprise solutions.

* Deep expertise across the Salesforce Platform, including architecture, security, automation, integration, data modeling, and application design.

* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modern cloud architectures.

* Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms.

* Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds and enterprise systems.

* Demonstrated experience leading technical teams within consulting engagements.

* Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Preferred Qualifications

* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA strongly preferred.

* Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect and System Architect credentials.

* Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

* Experience working within Fortune 500 enterprise environments.

* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid- California

Compensation Range : $118,000-$177,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
