Provide engineering and technical support to System Operations and enterprise stakeholders on a 24x7 basis toanalyze, plan, specify, develop, procure, maintain, and enhance systems, procedures, and processes used tomonitor and control CPS Energy's transmission, distribution, distributed energy resources, and gas facilitiesthrough SCADA and other Operational Technology (OT) platforms. Modify and analyze network models to ensurethe accuracy and reliability of OT and advanced applications, while integrating OT systems with external platformsto maximize data accuracy and operational effectiveness. Maintain and support advanced applications and third-party products to optimize system value, design and troubleshoot front-end telemetry infrastructure using variousSCADA and OT protocols, and uphold strong cybersecurity and reliability compliance standards. Drive innovationby leveraging existing OT solutions to overcome operational challenges and deliver value to System Operations,the company, and the community. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures.
Demonstrated mastery of engineering discipline skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional business initiatives and teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle a broad range of engineering assignments with minimum supervision.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams on internal projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage project costs, timeline, scope, and risks.
Ability to effectively check work product for adequacy, quality and accuracy.
Effective communication skills focused on understanding customer needs and developing resolution.
Strong people skills, with bias for a collaborative working style.
Ability to work call duty and occasional unscheduled work in the evenings, weekends, or holidays after experience level permits.
Ability to travel occasionally, to off-site work, to seminars, manufacturing plant inspections, etc.

Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
