Qualifications | Senior Music Therapist | Inpatient Acute Care Required Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to the practice of Music Therapy. * Current certification with CBMT as a Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT- BC) is required. * 2+ years of experience as an Activity Therapist is necessary, with a high degree of understanding and skill in one or more areas of assigned responsibility. * Demonstrates skills in clinical education abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Desirable Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience as an Activity Therapist. * 3+ years of experience in one or more areas of assigned responsibility. * Demonstrates leadership abilities. * Demonstrates experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team. * Experience with basic counseling skills, behavioral management, grief & loss, actively dying, anxiety, depression, or pain. Qualifications | Music Therapist | Inpatient Acute Care Required Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to the practice of Music Therapy. * Current certification with CBMT as a Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT- BC) is required. * Entry level experience in Music Therapy * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Desirable Qualifications: * 1-3 Years of experience facilitating goal-oriented music therapy interventions. * 1-3 Years of experience with music therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation * Demonstrated prioritization in patient care and effective time management. * Ability to function as part of an interdisciplinary team. * Experience with basic counseling skills, behavioral management, grief & loss, actively dying, anxiety, depression, or pain.
