About the Role
If you love digging into the details and turning numbers into smart decisions, this Finance Analyst role could be a great fit. You'll support a key Financial Services client in a highly regulated, accuracy-focused environment where financial tracking, compliance, and clear reporting really matter. From event budgets and billing to forecasting and month-end close, you'll help keep a busy portfolio of meetings and events running smoothly. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with teams to drive results.
You're Good At
- Working in a highly regulated, detail-oriented environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and strong financial controls are essential
- Managing billing, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable processes, and event-related expenses with a sharp eye for detail
- Analyzing financial and operational data to spot trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making
- Partnering with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and keep reporting and payment processes on track
- Balancing multiple deadlines, shifting priorities, and month-end activities while staying organized and solution-focused
You Might Also Have
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar finance or analyst role
- Experience reviewing hotel, venue, and travel-related invoices against contracts and event specifications
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite to support reporting, tracking, and financial analysis
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple resources and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a proactive, customer-service mindset

- This hybrid role based in Chicago with up to 2-3 days in the BCD office.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Financial Analyst is between $70,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
