Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges. Description Develops and maintains cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules per owner requirements and company standards. Applies resource leveling and crew logic to construction planning, adjusting as project conditions evolve. Creates baseline and monthly schedule narratives to support and explains the CPM schedule. Leads time impact and delay analyses for claims and schedule-related disputes. Monitors schedule progress and communicate deviations affecting project completion to the project team. Coordinates with engineering to gather data for schedule updates and activity progression. Conducts daily site visits to verify work status, maintain progress photos, and reviews quantity books for percent complete. Updates CPM logic based on verbal direction regarding changes in sequencing or crew assignments. Develops and maintains 5-week look-ahead schedules with input from project managers and superintendents. Ensures alignment between short-term plans and CPM schedule, and communicates impacts of discrepancies. Prepares schedule reports, trending charts, and performance analyses; supports planning meetings with critical path and look-ahead reports. Provides accurate projections for revenue, cost, labor, materials, and equipment; ensures schedule credibility and integrity. Guides construction planning and decision-making, manages junior schedulers as needed, and documents lessons learned post-project. Performs other duties as assigned.
