We connect product, engineering, commerce, sales, partner, finance, and marketing teams to build the operating models, launch systems, data signals, executive rhythms, and field-ready strategies that help Microsoft land major business transitions with clarity and scale. This is a newly forming Product Marketing Manager, Launch & Insights role on thePlatform & Strategy team, blending Usage-Based Billing (UBB) insights with launch-operations support for Field & Partner Marketing. Because the role is still taking shape, we're looking for a versatile, analytical builder who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to help define the playbook as we go. The role spans two connected areas. The first areaisUBB Insights- developing the usage signals, telemetry, and reporting that measure adoption and consumption, and translating them into insightsthatinform launch and go-to-market decisions. The second areaisLaunch Operations- supporting the centralized "launch once, land everywhere" motion so new products, SKUs, and commerce moments are ready, transactable, and well-briefed. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
