Seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed CX Insights Analyst to join our CX Journey & Design team. This role will be pivotal in uncovering customer pain points, synthesizing insights into compelling stories, and partnering across UX Research, Marketing Research, and CX Design to drive the CX Improvement roadmap. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst and storyteller, someone who loves diving into customer data and transforming it into meaningful insights that influence strategy, design, and business decisions. Responsibilities include: * Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data across platforms including Medallia, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. * Identify trends, pain points, root causes, and opportunities impacting customer experience. * Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical views for stakeholders and leadership. * Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of CX measurement data. * Transform complex data findings into clear customer narratives. * Connect quantitative data with qualitative research insights. * Present actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate across research, design, marketing, product, and multiple data teams. * Support experimentation and pilot initiatives to validate hypotheses and improve customer outcomes. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
