Displaying a professional and cheerful manner, you will be responsible for the transportation of patients to and from the program and/or to points authorized by clinical staff as well as performing errands including the pick-up and delivery of supplies and equipment.

Van Driver

Shift:

Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years driving experience required.

Education:

High School Diploma / GED Required.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Valid United States driver's license.

2. Good driving records from DMV.

3. Must have driving record free of moving violations and no more than 3 points.
