In addition, provide guidance and quality control for AI-generated technical content. Work with Technical SMEs and contributors to support efficient and ethical use of AI tools to draft technical content.

  • Editing & "One Voice" Standardization:Perform rigorous copyediting and substantive editing to ensure consistency, clarity, and a seamless "one-voice" flow across multi-author documents.

  • Formatting & Desktop Publishing:Execute high-level document formatting, ensuring meticulous adherence to strict RFP font, margin, page count, and layout constraints.

  • Visual Communication:Collaborate closely with graphic designers (or independently conceptualize graphics) to develop impactful visual aids, flowcharts, and organizational charts that effectively complement the written narrative.

  • Content Library Management:Cultivate, update, and maintain a centralized repository of reusable proposal content, boilerplate text, past performance citations, and corporate resumes.

Required Qualifications
