Position Summary: The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Lead is responsible for quality oversight and technical accountability within the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) program across the Agency. This position provides hands-on technical expertise and guidance, ensures technical standards and best practices are followed. Oversees documentation quality and completeness, coordinate activities across task areas and provides specialized contribution to Roadmap for future state. Supervisory Responsibilities: Serves as a technical and functional lead for IT Asset Management activities.
