About the Role

Gore Medical is looking for a US based Associate to join the Americas Marketing and Education Team. This role will lead the strategic direction and full operational execution of Medical Education across the Americas, ensuring programs meet customer needs while advancing business objectives.It will build and oversee a high-performing team supporting Aortic, Peripheral, Cardiac/Surgical Solutions - to design and deliver highquality educational curricula and training experiences. This position establishes and monitors key performance indicators, drives strong crossfunctional alignment and sets regional standards for scalable training models tailored to the diverse needs of the Americas market.

This is a remote position, and you canworkfromhomein most locations within the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and owns the strategic direction and charter for Medical Education in the Americas to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Leads and develops a two-tier Medical Education organization - directly managing Education Managers aligned to Aortic, Peripheral, Cardiac/Surgical Solutions.
  • Establishes, monitors, and reports on education-specific KPIs, including training effectiveness, competency progression, and impact on adoption.
  • Ensures strong crossfunctional alignment with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to maintain scientific integrity and cohesive execution.
  • Sets regional standards and governance for curriculum design, faculty engagement, training quality, and compliance across the Americas.
  • Oversees budget, resources, and operational priorities for the Americas Medical Education function.
  • Represents Medical Education externally with societies, training sites, and physician faculty; builds long-term partnerships that elevate Gore's clinical presence in the region.
  • Champions innovation in learning technologies, digital platforms, and scalable training models tailored to the needs of the Americas market.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years' of experience in physician training and education in the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated experience leading people-leaders/managers
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and integrating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver on business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high performing, multi-tiered team of associates
  • Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and change
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing educational programs including program metrics/KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing across projects, portfolios and/or regions
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel overnight (if remote up to 40%)
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with adult learning principles applied to educational program development
  • Experience establishing customer success measurements and identifying leading indicators

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore's work arrangement policies.
