Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations or Business Administration

Preferred:

• A proven leader with a strong business mindset

• Ability to influence and achieve results in diverse environment

• Flexibility and willingness to relocate

• Preferred graduation dates are Winter 2027 or Spring 2028

The hourly rate for this position is $39.00/hour. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences and skills for their role.
