Job Summary:



Fabick Cat is seeking a highly motivated digital marketing professional to help grow our digital presence and customer engagement across multiple channels. As a member of our small, high-performing marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact while working across search, content, digital advertising, marketing automation, and website optimization.



This role owns our local digital presence across Google Business Profile, the Fabick Cat website, and our company intranet. You will drive qualified traffic through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Google Performance Max campaigns, geo-targeted advertising, HubSpot marketing automation, and engaging digital content.



While you'll have the autonomy to lead day-to-day execution, you won't be starting from scratch. Fabick Cat is proud to represent one of the world's strongest brands - Cat. You'll leverage Caterpillar's marketing resources, brand standards, and strategic direction while tailoring programs to meet the needs of our customers across our territory.



Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing compelling content, analyzing performance data, building marketing automation workflows, optimizing search visibility, and continuously looking for new ways to improve results. This position is measured by business outcomes, not simply activity, and requires curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.




Responsibilities:



  • Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives that support business objectives, increase customer engagement, and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Caterpillar marketing resources, and external vendors to deliver effective digital marketing programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve Fabick Cat's digital presence.


Search & Website Optimization:



  • Execute SEO and AEO initiatives to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI powered search experiences.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles to strengthen local search visibility and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets using SEO, AEO, structured data, and content optimization best practices.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Fabick Cat website and coordinate content updates with internal teams and website partners.


Paid Advertising & Marketing Automation:



  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, geo-targeted advertising, and paid social media.
  • Build and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and audience segmentation.
  • Support conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve website performance and lead generation.


Content & Digital Communications:



  • Create, publish, and optimize digital content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Develop content that supports customer education, engagement, lead generation, and search visibility.
  • Ensure digital content aligns with Caterpillar brand standards and Fabick Cat marketing objectives.


Analytics & Reporting:



  • Measure, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Track website performance, campaign effectiveness, SEO, AEO, paid media, and marketing automation metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and marketing performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements

Qualifications:



Required Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a directly related field


Required Experience:



  • Three to five years of experience in a digital marketing or related marketing role.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, email, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, marketing automation, workflows, forms, lists, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with SEO, paid search, and website content management.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.


Preferred Experience:



  • Experience with AEO or optimizing content for AI powered search experiences.
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local search optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, and paid social advertising.
  • Experience with content management systems and website administration.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, customer focused digital content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current on emerging digital marketing technologies and AI trends.



Hours: This is a Monday - Friday on-site position in Fenton, MO. Remote work is not available. Applicants must live within a commuting distance to the Fenton branch.



Physical Requirements:


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
