Job Description

Responsible for improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes; development of new process modules; leading or coordinating large projects. Interact and collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D groups on inter-departmental and cross-functional projects. Perform circuit level failure analysis, analyze E-test and product yield data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve the manufacturing process.

Job Requirements
  • MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools
