What You'll Do:
- Set up and execute manual and automated tests by following detailed procedures and engineering instructions.
- Transport, assemble, and configure test equipment, fixtures, and cables while verifying equipment calibration and software readiness.
- Operate RF, optical, and digital test equipment to collect, record, and validate test results.
- Document test outcomes, identify failures or anomalies, and support troubleshooting efforts alongside engineering teams.
- Execute automated test programs using LabVIEW or TestStand interfaces while maintaining accurate testing documentation
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ years of experience in operating RF and Digital test equipment and technology.
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
What Sets You Apart:
- Excellent communication, technical writing and presentation skills.
- Experience handling very sensitive and fragile hardware, including mating and de-mating high-density connectors, RF and optical connections.
- Experience with qualification testing, including vibration, thermal and thermal vacuum testing.
- Willing to work overtime as requested.
- Very good computer skills, must be able to run automated tests.
- Strong windows, navigate directories, MS office programs ,able to adhere to strict, documented processes.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work with small/fragile/detailed parts
Additional Information:
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
