What You'll Do:
- Operate manufacturing equipment, perform machine setup, and complete minor preventive maintenance in a cleanroom environment.
- Use hand tools, microscopes, and specialized equipment to assemble and manufacture products according to detailed work instructions.
- Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and identify non-conforming parts, following established corrective procedures.
- Accurately record production activities and product movement using electronic systems and data entry tools.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, safety requirements, and quality standards while meeting daily production goals.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment.
- 4+ years of experience performing basic functions on a PC/Microsoft office.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
- Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
- Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
- Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.
- Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as necessary.
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if necessary.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Patience.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.
- Able to lift arms shoulder height to load the tool.
- Occasional Overtime may be needed.
