The Director, Treasury will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of directing cash, ensuring adequate liquidity, managing banking relationships and coordinating global payment processes, and initiating process improvement activity.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee cash management, including disbursements, cash forecasting and managing banking relationships
  • Lead team of Treasury professionals, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications and Credit Card Administration, Employee Expense Reporting, and Merchant processor relationships
  • Project liquidity, monitor daily cash positions, cash transfers, debt draws and repayments
  • Direct global payment processes utilizing multiple internal & web-based platforms, and ensuring adequate intercompany liquidity
  • Analyze working capital results through cross-functional collaboration with Operations partners
  • Standardize & streamline all relevant components of payments including bank account reconciliations & bank fee analysis
  • Research best practices, new applications, and program manage implementation activity.
  • Champion enterprise continuous improvement projects where Treasury can contribute and benefit
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, and recommend changes to policies as may be appropriate
  • Support capital structure activities including credit facility financing and administration, interest rate and FX hedging, share repurchases
  • Support Ratings Agency activities
  • Support quarterly results reporting and external audit activities

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Treasury or Financial Operations with strong technical knowledge of financial systems
  • 5+ years of financial leadership at the management level

Preferred Characteristics:

  • MBA or other professional certifications (CPA, CTP, etc) a plus
  • Proven track record of integrating systems, people and business practices in large, complex organizations
  • Thorough understanding of control/risk principles as they relate to Treasury operations
  • Familiarity with systems such as JPM Access, Oracle ERP, Kyriba or other related tools
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Be a team player who thrives in an ever-challenging environment
  • Superb attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive in a dynamic organization
