Travel Coordinator

This role is responsible for setting travel arrangements for traveling healthcare professionals; to include flights, car rentals, and housing. Travel coordinators will research and negotiate lower rates for housing options. They are responsible for keeping records and receipts of all bookings. This role will also handle any emergencies with flights, care ore housing that may arise during the duration of a traveler's contract.

Job Summary

The travel coordinator will coordinate and organize travel accommodations for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Organize travel requests including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, other housing, etc
• Track and reconcile travel expenses through excel
• Provide travel statements/itineraries
• Negotiate lower rates for travel and housing options
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Industry experience preferred
• Excel experience required
