Provides analytical support for managed care contracting and value-based payment strategy. Monitors payer policies, reimbursement trends, market developments, and contract performance to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence

* Monitor payer policy bulletins and reimbursement changes.

* Track industry and market trends.

* Benchmark contract performance against market standards.

Analytics

* Perform reimbursement and contract impact analyses.

* Develop negotiation support materials.

* Model proposed payment methodologies.

Reporting

* Produce regular contract performance reports and dashboards.

* Support dashboards for payer and value-based initiatives.

* Analyze payer trends.

Strategic Support

* Support contract negotiations and payer strategy development.

* Conduct competitive analyses.

* Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and risk reduction.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field.

* 3-5 years healthcare analytics experience.

* Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization skills.

* Understanding of managed care reimbursement and value-based payment models.
