In this role, you will:
  • Evaluate patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, safety techniques, and recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Oregon
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $80,864 to $121,296 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
