What Awaits You:
JOB SUMMARY The CSW completes psychosocial assessments, provides education, advocacy, counseling, and support, and helps clients connect to behavioral health services. This role maintains a caseload and works closely with Community Health Nurses (CHN) and Community Health Workers (CHW) to assess psychosocial needs and determine appropriate emergent behavioral health services. The CSW also supervises the CHW embedded in the Emergency Department. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Salary Range: Minimum $34.62/hour - Maximum $57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
