As Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement, you play a pivotal role in shaping enablement for Solution Consulting across Infor. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you design and deliver initiatives that develop capability, accelerate productivity, and embed a culture of value-selling.
This is a role where strategy meets execution. You bring project management expertise, structured problem-solving, and clear communication to programs that directly influence seller performance and customer outcomes. From planning through execution, you ensure initiatives are well-defined, flawlessly delivered, and continuously improved to support critical business priorities.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead enablement programs that align with strategy and strengthen our global sales capabilities.
- Apply project and change management best practices to ensure consistency, quality and impact.
- Partner with sales leaders and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate across Solution Consulting, Sales, GTM, L&D, HR, Operations, and Technology to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Facilitate regional onboarding programs, embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Reinforce adoption of value-selling and MEDDPICC methodologies across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Program or project management experience, ideally in technology or SaaS.
- Proven success in sales enablement or program development.
- Track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Organized, solutions-oriented, and adept in managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with sales and operations teams.
- Communication and presentation skills, with strength in storytelling and execution clarity.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
