0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,000 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

0-1 years of experience eligible for $1,250 (part-time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $2,500 (part-time)

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Unit Bio:

The Medical Intensive Care Unit provides care for patients who have undergone a myriad of critical surgical procedures such as Vascular, Gastrointestinal, Liver, Renal, Renal Pancreas Transplantation, Orthopedics, Plastics, Otolaryngology, Urology, Thoracic, Surgical Oncology, Oral Maxillo-Facial, Obstetrics and Gynecological Surgery

Position Summary

Under the supervision ofa RegisteredNursesand according to defined policies and procedures,performsvarious service duties and technicaltaskssuch as taking vital signs and assisting patients with basic hygiene and activities of daily living. Specific duties may vary by area of assignment. Consideration of the special needs and behaviors of specific patient populations is required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
