In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence organizational success by empowering teams through training, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you're an effective communicator who enjoys both teaching and problem-solving, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Shape Learning Experiences

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs identified by leadership and the Training & Support team.
  • Facilitate training sessions for both small and large audiences, whether in-person or virtual.
  • Support learners throughout their development journey by creating meaningful educational experiences that promote confidence and success.

Drive Performance and Growth

  • Partner with operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop training solutions that enhance performance.
  • Help reduce scheduling errors and claim denials while supporting improved patient access and financial outcomes.
  • Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and recommend process improvements that create a smoother experience for both patients and staff.

Be a Trusted Resource

  • Create clear and effective communications to support organizational updates, process changes, and educational initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource on patient access, revenue cycle workflows, billing processes, and insurance-related requirements.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help teams navigate complex situations and achieve positive results.

Support Organizational Success

  • Manage training administration activities, including scheduling sessions, registering participants, and maintaining training records within UH GPS.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments on special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Expand your skills through cross-training and opportunities to contribute beyond traditional training responsibilities.

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping others reach their full potential.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Communicates effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Is comfortable presenting to groups both virtually and in person.
  • Uses data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Has strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

  • Make an impact every day by helping caregivers grow and succeed.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization on meaningful initiatives.
  • Develop expertise in training, learning and development, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare administration.
  • Influence positive change through process improvement and performance enhancement efforts.
  • Enjoy variety in your work, balancing facilitation, coaching, analytics, project support, and relationship building.
