About the Role
Employee Benefits Corporation is seeking an
Enrollment Specialist II to support the accurate setup, maintenance, auditing, and administration of client benefit plans and participant enrollment data. This role serves as a subject matter resource within Enrollment Operations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across multiple benefit products. The Enrollment Specialist II partners closely with internal teams, clients, brokers, and carriers to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and maintain the integrity of the enrollment data.
Location
This position may be performed remotely from anywhere in Wisconsin or Minnesota, in a hybrid work arrangement, or onsite at our Middleton, WI office.

What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain client benefit plans, eligibility configurations, demographic data, and plan design information within administrative systems
- Process client plan changes, amendments, carrier updates, product implementations, and terminations with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage and prioritize enrollment workflows, including eligibility files, inquiries and tasks
- Perform detailed audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to operational standards
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve enrollment discrepancies through collaboration with clients, brokers, carriers, and internal business partners
- Document activities and resolutions within CRM and operational systems to maintain accurate records and support service excellence
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Associates degree in Business or related field
- Minimum two years' experience in an enrollment or administrative position supporting internal and external customers in a professional office environment
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to resolve issues independently
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications along with demonstrated ability to learn new software programs
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ideally, You May Also Have
- Previous experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Experience administering consumer-directed benefit plans, including FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, Commuter, or Lifestyle Benefits
- Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, or employee benefit programs
- Experience using CRM platforms and workflow management systems
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files and participant eligibility data management
