Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand and work for the duration of the shift
• Ability to perform the lifting required for assigned duties
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full shift
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Long pants without holes or rips required
• Appropriate casual work attire
• No alternate training-shift availability required

Job Duties

• Assist with manufacturing and production activities
• Complete assigned assembly and general-labor tasks
• Handle and move materials throughout the work area
• Maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift
• Inspect materials or completed products for visible quality issues
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety policies
• Work collaboratively with production team members
• Perform additional warehouse or manufacturing duties as assigned
