An Assistant Branch Manager is expected to assist and support the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations, as well as perform supervisory responsibilities.  It is essential that you have strong leadership skills, as well as coaching and mentoring capabilities.  An Assistant Branch Manager must demonstrate the values of the organization and gain a thorough understanding of Franklin’s Vision and Mission.

We are looking for an individual who has experience supervising, training, and assigning work. As a community bank, delivering legendary customer service is key. You'll have the opportunity to belong to civic organizations and participate in fun community events throughout the year. You will gain experience with conducting business calls and networking at events.

Some of the anticipated responsibilities of an Assistant Branch Manager are as follows:

• Accepts loan applications.
• Appraises employee performance, recognizes achievements, and addresses team member challenges.
• Supports the Branch Manager in driving success from the team to meet the goals outlined in the Share the Success Incentive Program.
• Studies and standardizes procedures to improve office efficiency.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Trains employees in customer service, cross-sells Franklin services and products
