Industry and government have designed sixteen critical sectors where data plays an elemental role in the development, communication, processing, and storage of our vast amounts of data. From command-and-control centers to hyperscale data center campuses and a range of project types in-between; Gensler's Baltimore office is expanding our critical facilities services and is looking for a technically proficient designer to lead this emerging practice area. Your Role As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will produce technical documentation and communicate project progress to team members to ensure success. You're a fit for this role if you have experience with construction documentation, are proficient with Revit, and enjoy working with a team of architects and interior designers that bring design dreams to life. We are seeking an Architect with a technical mindset and a desire to learn, design and deliver Critical Facilities projects. Our new team member will gravitate toward engineering forward project types and thrive with technical first project typology.
Your Qualifications
This is not a remote position. We look forward to working with our new team member in our dynamic Baltimore office. If you're open to relocation, non-local candidates are welcome! Please also include a portfolio. *The estimated base salary range for this position is $65-80k, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
