Within the Executive Office, we are seeking a Principal TPM Manager who will set the strategy and lead the team responsible for scaling Microsoft Security's capacity and engineering efficiency function as a strategic operating capability. The role establishes the shared standards, decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that empower engineering teams to innovate faster while operating within margin targets and improving the AI-driven economics of capacity, utilization, and cost at enterprise scale. Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
