We are seeking a Building Services Manager, USC Housingto join our rapidly growing team. The Opportunity: The Building Services Manager provides customer service to students, faculty, staff and external customers. Recruits, screens, hires, trains and directly supervises all assigned subordinate staff. Schedules, assigns, prioritizes workloads for and manages assigned projects to completion. Manages onsite facility. Conducts daily building inspections. Resolves difficult customer problems. Identifies training needs andprovides staff training. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations. Minimum Education: Associate's degree. Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education. Minimum Experience: 1 year. Minimum Field of Expertise: Experience in facilities management. Valid driver's license may be required.
