Ecolab is seeking an HR Partner to support our City of Industry, CA, Carson City, CA, San Bernardino, CA, and Vancouver, WA sites and will have responsibility for 275 associates and leaders.

As anHR Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to people leaders and a catalyst for high-performing teams. You will bring practical HR expertise, sound judgment, and data-driven insight to the moments that matter-helping managers coach, develop, engage, and retain talent while creating a consistent, positive employee experience. Working closely with Centers of Excellence, Strategic HR Partners, Shared Services, and business leaders, you will translate enterprise people priorities into local impact and help shape a culture where associates can grow, contribute, and do their best work.

What You Will Do

  • Coach and advise managers on performance, development, engagement, employee relations, and workforce decisions
  • Use data, insights, and sound HR judgment to help leaders build high-performing teams and address emerging talent needs
  • Support implementation of enterprise HR programs and COE-led processes across your client groups
  • Partner with Strategic HR Partners, COEs, Shared Services, Legal, and business leaders to deliver consistent, compliant, and practical HR solutions
  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with care, speed, and appropriate partnership
  • Support performance management, development planning, talent movement, and localized talent initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes and the employee experience
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports engagement, well-being, inclusion, and Ecolab's culture
  • Help managers and associates embrace new ways of working and navigate change effectively
  • Ensure HR practices align with Ecolab policies and applicable legal, safety, and regulatory requirements

  • Deliver timely, balanced, and well-documented employee relations support
  • Build manager capability through coaching, tools, and practical problem-solving
  • Strengthen employee experience by connecting enterprise programs to local business needs
  • Surface feedback, trends, and opportunities that help COEs and HR partners improve programs and processes
  • Promote compliance, consistency, and responsible risk management across people practices

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an adaptable HR professional who combines strong employee relations judgment with business acumen, curiosity, and a passion for helping people and teams succeed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner, employee relations, or manager coaching experience in a plant and/or distribution center
  • Demonstrated ability to advise leaders, resolve complex people matters, and balance employee experience with business needs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

These experiences will help you stand out and contribute quickly in this role:

  • Experience partnering across a matrixed HR model with COEs and Shared Services
  • Working knowledge of employment practices, employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience with HR systems, workforce data, dashboards, or analytics
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The range for this role is 85,900.00 - 128,900.00 USD Annual Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
