Job Overview
We're Hiring a Corporate Contracts Manager! The Corporate Contracts Manager is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of procurement-related contracts with a concentrated focus on vendor, technology, software and professional services agreements. This role serves as a strategic business partner to stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Compliance, ensuring that contractual arrangements align with organizational objectives, risk tolerance, and legal requirements. The Corporate Contracts Manager combines strong drafting and negotiation expertise with operational rigor in contract administration and legal technology to drive efficiency, transparency, and compliance across the contracting process. This position reports to VP, Legal - Enterprise, Privacy and Technology and will be based in our Shelton CT office. This positionrequires the ability to travel up to 10%. A Day In The Life
