Position Title: Phlebotomist II

Work Location: USA - TX - Cypress - 10720 Barker Cypress Road

Assignment Duration: 3-month contract

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary: Their drawing duties are drawing blood and processing. We are looking for 2 years of Phlebotomy experience. The age ranges vary, they can draw on ages from 21 years old to 90 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing blood from patients (adults and geriatrics)
• Processing specimens
• Providing customer service in a Patient Service Center (PSC) environment
• Standing for most of the shift
• Interfacing with internal team members and external patients

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service skills
• Flexibility
• Computer skills
• Phlebotomy Skills
• Color vision required
• Vaccines: Hep B (candidate can decline), TB required

Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Most of the shift standing. Patient Service Center environment with several providers. Team of 2-3 people. Daily draws: 30-60 on busy days. First two weeks orientation and field training (initially at Main lab 7207 N Gessner Road Houston TX, then work location).
