Position Title: Program Manager Work Location: St. Joseph, MO 64506 Assignment Duration: 24 Months (Possibility of Conversion) Work Schedule: 1st shift, minimum 45 hours per week Work Arrangement: Onsite Position Summary: Lead end-to-end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility. Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Background & Context: This role supports The Organization's major capital investment to design, build, and commission a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget execution Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks Qualification & Experience: Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process. Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders. Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM. Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment. Skills: Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.
