Department 10235 CARDIAC CRITICAL CARE MEDICINPay Range $40,000.00 - $150,000.00Pediatric Cardiac Critical CareFellowship Program Open Position for 2 Fellows in Washington D.C Children's National Medical Center in Washington D.C. has an open Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Position for its 1-year training program. Fellows will train with outstanding pediatric cardiac intensivists with a diverse background in pediatric cardiology, pediatric critical care, pediatric anesthesia, pediatric pulmonology, simulation and telemedicine. Our goal is to train and foster the next generation of excellent pediatric cardiac intensivists and leaders in the field. Fellowship start date: October 1st, 2026 Prerequisite for training: - Musthave successfully completed pediatric cardiology or pediatric critical care fellowship training. - Must have completed medical school in the U.S. or Canada or be ECFMG certified if an international medical graduate. - Mustbe successfully able to obtain a District of Columbia unrestricted medical license prior to starting fellowship training. - Must have successfully passed all three steps of the USMLE. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
