About the Role
The Store Manager leads the team in creating an energetic, welcoming environment that reflectsprAna'sspirit of movement, adventure, and mindful living. This role drives exceptional guest experiences, strong business results, and meaningful community connections.

You'lloversee all aspects of store operations-team leadership, recruiting, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, marketing, and financial performance-while using data and insight to guide smart decisions. As a brand ambassador,you'llcoach and inspire your team, elevate customer engagement, and cultivate a workplace that reflectsprAna'sinclusive values.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while coaching ongoing growth and succession.
  • Build an inclusive, engaged culture and ensureaccurateperformance, payroll, and documentation processes.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and financial procedures.
  • Create and adjust schedules, ensuring productive staffing,accuratetransactions, and operational compliance.
  • Use sales data, customer feedback, and trends to guide decisions and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Drive brand presence through storytelling, marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, community partnerships, and leadership visits.

WhatWe'reLooking For

  • Bachelor's or master'sdegree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience, with 5-10 years of retail management experience (highvolumeor specialty retail preferred).
  • Proven experience leading teams or managing individual contributors, with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Passion for customer service and sales, with enthusiasm for theprAnalifestyle and brand values.
  • Strongproblemsolvingability to address technical, operational, and organizational challenges thatimpactstore performance.
  • Digitally fluent, includingproficiencywith POS systems, retail technology, and common software tools.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in afastpacedretail environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, andshortnoticecoverage.

Job Conditions

  • Frequently in a more active environment (i.e., it requires the ability to constantly move about) that can be physical or strenuous in nature (frequently adjusting/moving items weighing up to 40 lbs.), may frequently use specialized equipment, may have exposure to dust and noise.
  • Occasionallyit requires the ability to work in place.
  • Ability to communicate with others.
  • Occasional travel isrequired(approximately 5%) toprAnaheadquarters in Carlsbad,CAor other locations to support business needs.
