Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Otolaryngology (ENT), Worcester MA Location: Worcester MA UMass Memorial Medical Group and the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time opportunity offers a balanced practice with approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient responsibilities, providing care to both pediatric and adult patients across a broad spectrum of ENT conditions. The selected APP will join an experienced and collaborative team of seven Advanced Practice Providers and will become the eighth APP supporting continued growth in clinical volume and expanding inpatient service needs. Working alongside attending physicians, residents, audiologists, and multidisciplinary team members, the APP will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive otolaryngology care across the continuum. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with no call, weekend, or holiday responsibilities and provides extensive mentorship, training, and support for candidates interested in developing a career in Otolaryngology.
