Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is a dynamic hub for government, business, commerce and the community, in the heart of the nation's capital. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both public and private use, the Reagan Building is the official World Trade Center Washington, DC, featuring a premier conference and events center, executive office space, attractions and exhibits, retail, dining, parking and public programming.

Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is seeking a World Trade Center, DC, (WTCDC) Coordinator to join our team.

This position will support the WTCDC programs through digital marketing, social media, content creation, and stakeholder outreach. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with proven experience in managing social media platforms, creating marketing materials, coordinating events with diverse stakeholders including embassies, international organizations, businesses, government agencies, and community partners.

Essential Functions
Marketing and Communications:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote WTCDC programs. This will also include creation of engaging content (infographics) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Manage and maintain WTCDC's email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
  • Track and analyze social media and email marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and distribution groups.
Event and Program Support:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of all WTCDC programs, including photography, social media coverage, guest engagement and program evaluation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Support all partnership development initiatives and stakeholder outreach. The coordinator will also serve as a WTCDC liaison for relevant stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organizational calendars and project timelines.
  • Assist with data collection, preparation of briefing materials/reports and any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications or event coordination
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for an organization or a brand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Proficiency in Canva and Constant Contact is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
