The Senior Manager of Transformation serves as a strategic partner to executive and functional leaders, driving enterprise growth initiatives that deliver measurable business value. In addition to leading transformation efforts, this role provides direct leadership to a team of Transformation Managers and analysts, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, resources, and talent required to successfully deliver growth. The position requires strong business acumen and deep expertise in one or more functional areas, including Sales Operations, Customer Accounts or Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate enterprise priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps aligned to growth, productivity, and financial objectives.
  • Conduct enterprise-level gap analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and value creation potential.
  • Lead ideation workshops and value identification sessions to develop initiatives that address business gaps and accelerate performance.
  • Drive accountability for achieving financial and operational targets, including revenue growth, cost reduction, productivity improvements, and margin expansion.
  • Establish governance, prioritization frameworks, and execution discipline across transformation portfolios.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders by providing strategic insights, challenge assumptions, and recommending solutions.
  • Build organizational capabilities and embed sustainable ways of working that support long-term transformation objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transformation Managers and analysts supporting Growth workstreams.
  • Manage team priorities, capacity, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery across growth initiatives.
  • Conduct performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, development planning, and performance evaluations.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, value delivery, and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, operations, consulting, or program leadership.
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, including managing managers and/or cross-functional transformation teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable financial impact.
  • Strong experience conducting business diagnostics, opportunity assessments, and value realization planning.
  • Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following:
  • Sales Operations
  • Customer Accounts
  • Commercial Operations
  • Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in complex matrix organizations.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring managers and individual contributors through large-scale organizational change.
