The North America Operations Controller, Texas Region is a high visibility role that drives the financial performance and strategic business decisions across manufacturing locations in the Texas network. This role serves as a key member of the North America Supply Chain Finance organization, providing financial leadership, decision support, and operational insight across manufacturing activities. This position reports to the Director, North America Supply Chain Finance, based in St. Paul, MN, and will have oversight of a team of 4 (Senior Analysts and one Manager) supporting multiple manufacturing sites across the Texas network. S/he is responsible for leading performance management processes (planning, forecasting, month-end close), maintaining strong financial controls (SOX, GAAP, inventory, capex), and supporting strategic initiatives that drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. The role also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial acumen and accountability across the organization. What you will do:
